Nose Allergy Symptoms Worse Inside Air Conditioned Rooms
1 day ago
My snezing and blocked nose become much worse after siting in AC rooms for long hours, especially in offices or malls. Is air cnditioning linked to nose allergies?

Air conditioned environments can sometimes worsen allergy symptoms because cold dry air may irritate sensitive nasal passages. Dust accumulation inside poorly maintained AC systems can also trigger allergic reactions in some individuals.
Patients with underlying allergic rhinitis often notice worsening dryness, congestion, or sneezing after prolonged exposure. Keeping indoor air cleaner and maintaining proper humidity may help reduce symptoms significantly.
