Is it normal to feel mentally exausted because of piles pain? Peoples talk only about physical symptoms, but honestly the fear of going to the washroom everyday is affecting my mood very badly.

Yes, this is actually much more common than people realize. Patients with piles and other anorectal conditions, the mental stress can sometimes become as exhausting as the physical pain itself. When someone starts fearing bowel movements every day, it naturally creates anxiety, frustration, disturbed routine, and even low mood because the mind begins associating the washroom with pain and discomfort.
Many patients silently deal with this for months because they feel embarrassed talking about it, but chronic discomfort around such a sensitive area can genuinely affect sleep, concentration, confidence, and overall quality of life. The important thing is not to normalize ongoing suffering or keep tolerating it alone.
Once the underlying problem is properly treated and bowel habits improve, most patients notice a huge improvement not only physically, but mentally as well.
