Breast implants ko kitne saal baad change karna padta hai? Main augmentation ke baare mein soch rahi hoon but replacement ko lekar confused hoon. Agar 10 saal baad koi problem nahi hai to bhi implant automatically replace karna padta hai?

If there is no problem post augmentation it can stay for many years however timely evaluation with MRI after 10 years helps in diagnosing any problem with the implant insitu.
Breast implant do not mandatorily require change after few years… Only if there is capsular contraction which is causing pain may require replacement which is 10-15 yrs later.. there are many people who do not have any issues and no replacement full lifetime
