Recurring ovarian cysts causes, frequency, and prevention through lifestyle changes ?
I had surgery for ovarian cyst removal last year, but now another cyst has developed on the other ovary. I feel hopeless, my last cyst gave me somuch pain i almost lost myself to it. Is this condition never-ending? How common is recurrence, and can lifestyle or diet changes reduce the chances of new cysts forming?

Feeling hopeless after repeated painful episodes is completely understandable, and it is important to acknowledge that emotional weight. Recurrence varies by cause. Functional cysts can appear with cycles for some people, while endometriosis has a higher tendency to recur. Not every recurrence can be prevented, but treating underlying issues when possible, avoiding unnecessary repeated surgeries, and focusing on overall reproductive health helps. Maintaining a healthy weight, balanced diet, regular exercise and stress management supports hormone balance, though there is no guaranteed way to stop every cyst from forming. Talking through long-term strategies, fertility goals and options with a specialist often helps you feel more in control and less alone in this
