Will delay cause any issue??

Delaying adenoid surgery in a child with significant symptoms like mouth breathing, adenoid facies, and dark circles can sometimes lead to further complications, including dental and facial development issues, sleep disturbances, and recurrent infections.
While some pediatricians prefer to wait until age 6, an ENT specialist’s recommendation for surgery at this stage, especially with 60% blockage and worsening symptoms, should be carefully considered.
It is advisable to get a Free second ENT opinion and have a detailed discussion between the ENT and pediatrician to weigh the risks of delay against the benefits of early intervention.
