Mere child ko achanak se bahit jyada dard ho raaha hai or fever bhi hai or woh kuch khaa bhi nhi raha haii kahi ye appendicitis ka to koi sign nhi hai

Appendicitis usually begins with pain around the belly button that later moves to the lower right side of the abdomen.
