What to do if there is a small bump on the scalp?
I found a small bump on my scalp and I can feel it whenever I comb or wash my hair. It is not painful right now, but I am scared it might keep growing and become a bigger problem. If it is a lipoma, can I leave it as it is or should I have to consult with doctor regarding this or not ?

A small, painless bump on the scalp could be a lipoma, sebaceous cyst, or another benign growth, but it’s important to get it properly evaluated by a doctor for an accurate diagnosis. While many lipomas are harmless and can be left alone if they remain small and asymptomatic, a doctor can monitor its growth and recommend removal if it starts to enlarge or cause discomfort. It is advisable to consult a doctor to rule out any other conditions and get personalized guidance.
Tldr get it checked out by a qualified doctor
