Why am I experiencing nausea and headaches after taking emergency contraceptive pill?

My period is regular, and I have a 30-day cycle. I had sex on 3 July. My period started on 29 June and ended on 2 July. We had sex on 3 July, and it was protected sex, but we had some doubts, so I took an I-pill within 2–3 hours on 3 July, the same day we had sex. On 9 July, I got some brown spotting during the day, and from the night, it started bleeding like a period. The bleeding continued for about 14 days. My normal period was due around 29 or 30 July, but I got my period on 5 August. It was heavy, painful, and lasted a long time. The bleeding stopped on 16 August. Since my period stopped, I have been experiencing nausea and random headaches. The nausea is occurring regularly.
