Why does my child snore loudly while sleeping?

my child snores very louldly y at night and sometimes it seems to stop breathing ...because of snoring havin a proble while braethimg... should i have to take concern about that?

Loud snoring may occur because of enlarged tonsils, enlarged adenoids, allergies, nasal blockage, or obesity.
If snoring is accompanied by pauses in breathing, restless sleep, daytime sleepiness, or behavioral issues, your child should be evaluated for obstructive sleep apnea.
