Why has bleeding not started after taking abortion pills?

Period cycle didn't start as per usual interval so on day 28 the preganancy test and it's positive. Day 29, Mifepristone along with Misoprostol was taken. Next day M-A-N, 3 tablets of Misoprostol. After 48 hours also (day 31) bleeding not started. Is it because too early to take medicine?
