Why has bleeding stopped after taking misoprostol for abortion?

I'm less than 5 weeks pregnant and this morning I inserted 4 misoprostol inside my virginia, after an hour I started to bleed but not heavily with few small clots then after an hour or so it stopped till now.its 13 hours now and I haven't got any cramps or bleeding
