Why haven’t periods returned after medical abortion?

I had a medical abortion since may and I haven't had my period, till today, I have done several pregnancy test but it's negative, but I feel bloated at time am worried

If you had a medical abortion in May and your pregnancy tests are negative, pregnancy is less likely. However, missing your period for this long is not typical and may be due to hormonal changes or another underlying condition. Bloating can also have several possible causes.
Consult your gynecologist for an evaluation. Your doctor may recommend an ultrasound and/or hormone tests to determine the cause of your missed periods and advise appropriate treatment. Seek medical care sooner if you develop severe pain, heavy bleeding, fever, or worsening abdominal swelling.
