Why is there no bleeding after taking the prescribed medication for abortion?

i have taken first dose of mifepreston 10 pm after waiting for 24 hrs took 2 tablets of misoprostol then waited for 12 hrs and then took misoprostol again still why I am not bleeding after 20 hrs of misoprostol ??

Bleeding after taking mifepristone and misoprostol can sometimes take longer to start, and the amount of bleeding varies from person to person. However, if you have had no bleeding even 20 hours after misoprostol, you should contact your gynecologist for advice.
Do not take additional doses on your own. Your doctor may recommend an ultrasound or Beta hCG test to confirm the pregnancy location and whether the abortion was successful. Seek urgent medical care if you develop severe or one sided abdominal pain, dizziness, fainting, or heavy bleeding.
