Does gynecomastia surgery affect hormones or fertility in men? I’ve heard some people say it might reduce testosterone levels — is there any truth to that, or are those just myths?

Gynecomastia surgery only removes breast tissue and does not affect your hormones, testosterone levels, or ability to have children. The idea that surgery lowers testosterone is a myth. You don’t have to worry about your manhood being affected by this surgery.
