Doctor, me kafi time se surgery opt karne ka try kar rhi hu but I am scared of the procedures kya hernia medicines se bhi cure ho sakta hai?

Unfortunately, hernia cannot be cured with medicines or exercise. It happens due to a tear or hole in the abdominal muscle, and only surgery can repair and strengthen it just like stitching a torn cloth. If left untreated, the hernia can gradually enlarge and may trap the intestine, causing serious complications. Modern laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery is safe, painless, and allows quick recovery, so it’s better not to delay treatment.
