A firm, movable breast lump in a young woman is often a benign condition called a fibroadenoma, which is generally not dangerous.
Your doctor’s reassurance after a physical examination is a good sign, but if you remain concerned or notice any changes in the lump (size, shape, or texture), it is completely reasonable to seek a second opinion or request an ultrasound for further evaluation.
Try not to stress – most breast lumps in women your age are non-cancerous, but staying informed and following up with your doctor is always a good idea.
Ideally an ultrasound scan and FNAC has to be done. Most probably at your age it will be a benign lump called fibroadenoma. The above tests will confirm the same an reassure you.
