How early should pregnancy be monitored after ectopic pregnancy and tube removal?

I had an ectopic pregnancy in my previous pregnancy and one fallopian tube was removed. I'm thinking about trying again, but I'm quite anxious about having another ectopic. How early should the next pregnancy be checked?

After a previous ectopic pregnancy and fallopian tube removal, it is completely understandable to feel anxious about trying again. It is generally recommended to confirm pregnancy as early as possible — ideally around 5–6 weeks — with a transvaginal ultrasound to verify the location of the pregnancy. Early monitoring helps detect any complications promptly, so please consult your gynecologist as soon as you get a positive pregnancy test for close follow-up.
