Is natural conception possible after removal of one fallopian tube?
After my ectopic pregnancy, one tube had to be removed. I'm worried that I may not be able to conceive naturally again. Is pregnancy still possible with one healthy fallopian tube, and does the timing of the next pregnancy matter?

Yes, it is absolutely possible to conceive naturally with one healthy fallopian tube, as the remaining tube can pick up eggs from either ovary and allow fertilization. Many women successfully achieve pregnancy after losing one tube.
However, it is generally recommended to wait at least 3-6 months before trying to conceive again to allow your body to heal fully. Consulting your gynecologist for personalized guidance on timing and monitoring is strongly advised.
