Can a small cyst cause heaviness after physical activity?

My brother has a small cyst and usually doesn't notice it, but after long walks or gym sessions he sometimes feels heaviness. Could the cyst be causing this, and does discomfort mean it needs removal?

A small cyst can sometimes cause discomfort or heaviness after physical activity due to increased blood flow and pressure in the area.

While many cysts are harmless and don’t require treatment, recurring discomfort after exertion may indicate that the cyst is being aggravated.

It is advisable to consult a doctor for a proper evaluation to determine whether removal or any other intervention is needed.

Due to exertion there can be stretching sensation, it also depends where the cyst is located? Kindly get yourself properly evaluated by your surgeon to come to any conclusion.

Yes due to stretching some discomfort can be there depending on the location of cyst.. Cysts are better removed electively before they cause infections
