How long for stable vision after glaucoma surgery?

My neighbour had glaucoma surgery, but her vision seems blurry even after a few months. Is it normal for vision to fluctuate after surgery, and how long before eyesight stabilizes?

It is normal to have some fluctuation in vision after glaucoma surgery, especially in the first few weeks or months. Healing can cause temporary blurriness, and changes in the way the eye drains fluid can affect clarity. In many cases, vision improves and stabilizes with time, though in advanced glaucoma, some vision loss may already be permanent. If blurriness continues for long, the doctor usually checks for issues like cataract development or scarring at the surgical site.
