Does IVF success drop after 35 and how quickly should one act?

I’m in my mid-30s and constantly worried time is slipping away. Do IVF success rates drastically reduce after 35, and how quickly should someone in this age group act if they want a realistic chance of conceiving?

Fertility does start declining faster after 35, mainly because egg quality drops with age. This affects both natural conception and IVF success. However, many women in their mid-to-late 30s still conceive with the right guidance. The key is not delaying evaluation and treatment.
A fertility specialist can check your AMH, antral follicle count, and your partner’s semen health. Based on this, they’ll tell you whether you should try naturally for a few months, try IUI, or move towards IVF.
Acting sooner provides more treatment options because your egg quality is still reasonably strong at this stage.
