How to remove a painless lump on the forehead safely?

I have a small, round lump on my forehead which becomes more visible when I touch or press the area. It doesn’t hurt much, but it affects how my forehead looks and makes me a bit conscious. I’m not sure if it has been there for long or if it’s slowly increasing in size. Could this be a lipoma or some kind of cyst? And if needed, can it be removed safely without leaving a noticeable scar on the forehead?

A small, round, painless lump on the forehead could be a lipoma (a benign fatty tissue growth) or a sebaceous cyst, both of which are generally harmless.

These can be safely removed through minor surgical procedures, and when performed by an experienced surgeon, scarring is usually minimal.

It is advisable to consult a doctor for a proper diagnosis and to discuss the most suitable removal option for your case.

By looking at your details of description of the swelling looks like lipoma but it is advisable to consult your nearby surgeon for proper evaluation and treatment management.
