Why do I have back pain during active TB treatment?

of late l have been discovered to have active tb , for l am under treatment but l feel so pain at my back l don't understand

Back pain during active TB treatment should not be ignored. It may be unrelated, but it can also indicate spinal TB or another condition.
Continue your TB medicines as prescribed and consult your doctor promptly for evaluation. Seek urgent medical care if the pain becomes severe or you develop leg weakness, numbness, difficulty walking, or loss of bladder or bowel control.
