Sir, meri family me mere father ko hernia tha kya chances hai ki mujhe bhi ek certain age me hernia hone ke chances hain? Kya ye problem genetic ho sakti hai?

Hernia mainly happens due to weakness in the abdominal muscles, which can occur with age, hormonal changes, surgery, or heavy lifting. It’s not strictly genetic, but if your father had a hernia, your chances can be slightly higher due to similar body structure or tissue strength.
