How to take misoprostol after D&C for retained products of conception?

mera 6th of july ko morning 7 ko missed abortion hua tha aur usi din mera 9 30 k around D and C hua uske baad mujhe bleeding aaie normal flow tha aur bleeding ruk bhi gyi but spotting continue hohi rhi thi mein ne dr ko dikhaya aur dr ne USG of pelvis likha usmeim aaya k RPOC (retained products of conception) aur complex left ovary cyst aaya hai toh Dr ne mujhe misoprostol, ceftum , metrogyl diya aur kaha yeh kha lena mein ne ghr aakr dekha toh misoprostol toh uterus ko contract krne k liye hoti hai toh uske 4 tabs khalun one by one on each day ya first tab lene k baad agar bleeding aajaati hai toh baaqi k 3 tabs nhi khaun yeh confusion bht hai aur kab khana hai khane se pehle ya khane k baad yeh bhi Dr se puchna bhool gyi please help me with this!!🙏

D&C ke baad agar retained products of conception (RPOC) hain, to prescribed medicine usually uterus mein bacha hua tissue bahar nikalne mein help karne ke liye di jati hai. Doctor ne dosage aur timing ko lekar jo instructions diye hain, unhe follow karna important hai.
Apne doctor ki clinic ya helpline par call karke confirm karein ki bleeding start hone ke baad bhi saari tablets leni hain ya nahi, aur medicine food se pehle ya baad mein leni hai. Khud se dosage change na karein, kyunki correct treatment aapki individual condition par depend karta hai.
