How to tell if enlarged chest is gynecomastia or fat?
Even after trying to lose weight and doing regular exercise, my chest still looks enlarged and puffy. This is affecting my confidence a lot. Could this be gynecomastia instead of fat, and what is the best way to treat it?

If your chest remains enlarged and puffy despite weight loss and regular exercise, it could indeed be gynecomastia, which is the development of glandular breast tissue in males rather than just fat accumulation. Unlike fat, gynecomastia does not respond to diet or exercise. A doctor can confirm the diagnosis through a physical examination and, if needed, imaging tests. Treatment options range from hormonal therapy to surgical removal of the glandular tissue, depending on the severity and underlying cause.
