With a -8.00 D power and corneal thickness of 502 µm and 509 µm, you may still be eligible for laser vision correction such as LASIK, SMILE, or PRK, but this cannot be confirmed based on power and corneal thickness alone. The decision depends on your corneal shape, residual corneal thickness, and overall eye health.

If you do not want ICL, consult a refractive eye surgeon for detailed tests such as corneal topography and tomography to determine whether a laser procedure is safe and suitable for you.
