Tight Foreskin Problems?

I am recently married and having problems during intercourse due to tight foreskin. I am unable to pull my skin back over the head of my penis. I want to know if I need circumcision, how the procedure is done, whether it is local or general, how long it takes, the healing time, and if I can resume normal activities like walking, gym, and office work soon after surgery. I am also concerned about pain and long-term sensitivity.

You likely require circumcision because the skin cannot be pulled back behind the head. The procedure is usually done under local anesthesia with sedation, so you will not feel pain.

Recovery is generally 2–3 weeks, but most patients can resume office work and routine activities from the second day, though some sensitivity at the head is normal initially.

Discomfort is mild and can be managed with prescribed painkillers. Ignoring the issue can worsen problems, so circumcision is recommended for a permanent solution.
