Choosing the right lens is very important and depends on your daily activities. If you mostly watch TV or drive long distances, a standard monofocal lens for distance vision is usually best.

If you spend a lot of time on a computer or using your phone, multifocal or trifocal (progressive) lenses are better, as they provide clear vision at near, intermediate, and far distances, reducing the need for glasses.

Advanced monofocal lenses can also offer some near vision with fewer night-time halos compared to trifocal lenses, which can be important if you drive regularly. Other factors like glaucoma, retinal issues, or budget also affect the choice.

A good quality Indian lens can be as effective as an imported one. Ultimately, your doctor will guide you to the lens that best fits your lifestyle, visual needs, and budget.
