Severe Piles Symptoms : Pain, Bleeding, and External Swelling
6 months ago
I am facing some serious discomfort related to piles. For the last two days, I have been experiencing burning pain while passing stool, pain in the anal area, and I have noticed blood during bathroom visits. There is also some extra skin visible outside, which is worrying me. Earlier, I had mild pain and occasional bleeding, but it was never this severe. I have not taken any treatment before. I am calling from Vashi, Mumbai. What should I do now?

The symptoms you are describing burning sensation, pain during bowel movements, bleeding, and extra skin around the anal area are suggestive of piles, possibly in an active or aggravated stage. Since the symptoms have suddenly worsened over the last two days, it is important to get examined without delay.
A proper physical examination is necessary to confirm the diagnosis and understand the severity. Based on the findings, treatment may include medications, dietary and lifestyle changes, or further intervention if required. Early evaluation helps control pain, reduce bleeding, and prevent complications.
Please do not ignore these symptoms. Timely consultation will help relieve your discomfort and guide the right treatment approach.
