Kya gym me heavy lifting karne se piles worsen ho sakta hai?...... I recently started weight training and now there’s pain and pressure near the rectal area after workouts.

Yes, heavy weight lifting kuch patients mein piles ko worsen kar sakti hai, especially agar already constipation, straining, ya early hemorrhoids present ho.
