Recurring congestion and sinus pressure that return after temporary relief may point to ongoing inflammation rather than a short-term infection. Patients often feel frustrated because symptoms improve initially but tend to come back once treatment stops.

While a nasal spray for sinus relief can provide temporary comfort, recurring symptoms may indicate underlying allergies, chronic sinus disease, or structural narrowing inside the nose that requires proper evaluation and long-term management.
