Sinus Pressure Returns Every Time, I Stop Nasal Spray

My sinus pressure and blocked nose improve while using nasal spray....., but symptoms return within days after stopping it. Does this mean my sinus problm is becming chronic

Recurring congestion and sinus pressure that return after temporary relief may point to ongoing inflammation rather than a short-term infection. Patients often feel frustrated because symptoms improve initially but tend to come back once treatment stops.
While a nasal spray for sinus relief can provide temporary comfort, recurring symptoms may indicate underlying allergies, chronic sinus disease, or structural narrowing inside the nose that requires proper evaluation and long-term management.
