Swelling and difficulty urinating 9 days after circumcision

It's my 9 day post circumcision (standard method) my right side of pennis is swelling it's like some liquid is feeling inside and since post operation I am having difficulty in urintaing however urine is passing but with some pain and drops of urine comes even after half an hour. I have no pain no fever stiches are almost good though intact some 2 or 3 stiches one or two drop of blood comes during night erection

Some swelling, mild bleeding during night erections, and discomfort while urinating can occur during the first 1 to 2 weeks after circumcision. However, persistent difficulty urinating, urine dribbling, and swelling that feels like fluid should be examined by your surgeon to rule out a collection of fluid or another postoperative complication.
Keep the area clean and dry, avoid strenuous activity, and attend your follow up appointment. Seek urgent medical care if you are unable to pass urine, develop increasing swelling, severe pain, fever, foul smelling discharge, or heavy bleeding.
