Yes, some of your symptoms, especially morning sneezing, headaches, facial pressure, mucus problems, and long-term allergy-like symptoms, can be related to chronic sinusitis or nasal allergy. Sinus inflammation can sometimes cause blocked nasal passages, post-nasal drip, headaches, and pressure around the face, ears, and neck. Sudden sneezing with temperature changes is also commonly seen in people with allergies or sensitive sinuses.
However, itchy ears with discharge and pain, along with frequent blood in mucus, should not be ignored because they may also suggest an ear infection, nasal irritation, nasal polyps, or other ENT conditions. Since you are having severe headaches and symptoms for a long time, it would be best to consult an ENT specialist for a detailed examination. The doctor may recommend tests such as nasal endoscopy or scans to find the exact cause and start the right treatment instead of treating symptoms one by one.
Yes Sinus can cause ear discharge as nose is connected to ears with common connecting tube. Blood in mucous is also because chronic sinus infection cause inflammation and rupture of small blood vessles
