Why is urine pregnancy test negative but gestational sac seen on ultrasound?

i have two problems thyroid and pcod.but last 3month I didn't got my periods.then i checked my urine test at home before 2week it's negative.And after i go to my dr.she did my vagina ultrasound.we get one small gesational sac in my every of 5 week.she told me come back after 3week for again ultrasound.but today I have checked my urine test again in morning but I got again negative.Thats why I m confused.Can u help me there.

A negative urine pregnancy test despite a small gestational sac on ultrasound can occur in early pregnancy or if there is uncertainty about the findings. PCOD and thyroid disorders can also make pregnancy dating more difficult due to irregular periods.
