What is the new "Vegan" trend?

A vegan diet includes only plant-based food and beverages. All animal-based products are eliminated from the vegan diet. The aim of the vegan diet is to eliminate the use and harm of animals. Vegetarian diet still includes dairy and eggs but in the vegan diet, any and all animal foods, or byproducts involving animals in their production mechanisms are removed.

Foods including meat, poultry, fish, and dairy are off the vegan plate and are replaced with vegetables, fruits, beans, nuts, and grains. A vegan diet is not totally a low carb or low-fat diet. It is about cutting the meat and animal-manufactured products and not the macros.

Veganism is actually thought of as a complete lifestyle. Many vegans apply the principles beyond food and also have an impact on clothing, makeup, personal care products, medication, and even entertainment options that exploit animals or use animal products.
