Great service by Pristyn care, Nityanand choudhary is my contact person from Pristyn care who helped to take appointment from best doctor for elbow surgery. He also suggested right hospital which close to my home and took care formalities like pre-approval from insurance, hospital facilities were ready by the time we reach hospital. Nityanand choudhary gave exact cost for surgery and took pre approval by collecting docs in watsapp and also he took approx cost from hospital and told approx i might end by paying 2k max which exactly i paid on overall cost. Even though hospital was not providing food, he made Pristyn care to order breakfast, lunch and dinner even for attendee. He booked cab from home and he was in contact till we each hospital and until I got into private room he was in regular contact and asking concern frequently if any so that he can sort out. Nurse from hospital were making my attendee to get medicine from pharmacy from 4th floor till ground floor often, once I complaint to Nityanand choudhary abt this issue he immediately rectified and they stopped asking to get medicine instead nurse themself were getting on their own.
