This is really going to be a lengthy review. This is my first time I have used Pristyn care for a knee replacement surgery for my father. They have taken care starting from pick up from my home till the discharge. I got in touch with Mr. Jwala from Pristyn care first. Let me tell you he is man of his word. He gave me a word and he stood by it. We got admitted to the hospital. It was a really hassle and tension free admission. Everything was booked in advance and we hardly waited for few mins. Tests were done. There was a delay from the hospital end which can't be avoided because of which the surgery for delayed by couple of days. We were assigned with Ms. Shakun and Mr. Keshav. They are excellent people. Both if them helped me throughout my stay in the hospital.. I know how many times I called them all to get the details. I literally bugged them for everything. And all of them never got irritated anytime. I thought I gave them so much trouble by calling them regularly for everything. I called Jwala and Shakun even at 11 in the night they were patient enough to answer my questions at that time as well. Special mention to Mr. Keshav. He was there till my discharge is done and helped me out . I literally like his selfless service. My discharge was delayed a little. But he was available till late night. Now coming to the surgery part. Dr. Ranjit SDI and Dr. Anil Sood did the surgery. For both knees. He walked the very next day and we were very happy to see that. They were very friendly, knowledgeable. I wish no one gets any issue and be healthy in their life, but if there is any need, I recommend Pristyn.
