Post surgery dressing also done by doctor only for almost two weeks. Pristyn care took responsibilty of selection of hospital, Doctor, admission, discharge and cashless medical claim. I felt like being pampered. Right from doctor appointment, processing insurance pre approval, booking appointment for surgery, including the room in hospital, free pick up and drop cab service, regular phone calls to check whether I need any help on anything, updating my wife about status of my operation, follow up on billing and insurance and discharge and finally arranging for cab to drop me home, the entire sequence was arranged like clockwork. The experience was quite smooth and professional and the way Dr Venkata explained about the problem was quite impressive and the nurse was also quite supportive so, overall it was a quite nice experience.
