She has coordinated very well & made changes from time to time. very patiently handled me & receive my call even off shift time also and fulfilled my queries. she was continuously in touch with me starting from the end, like consultation, hospital selection, insurance procedure & treatment still discharge tools. Special thanks to Dr. Pankaj Waykole, whose patient counseling is so effective, encouraging & supporting to patients by assuring the right procedure, like do’s & don'ts. Right from booking a cab from home to the hospital n back home. Also, thanks to Dr. Vaibhav, Sourabh & the insurance team & entire hospital team. Thank you so much again.

We got good and helpful information from the doctor. The doctor suggested us in a very good manner with suitable options. But, due to some our own difficulty we could not go for further treatment. Sorry for that. 🙏🏻

After a basic Google search, I came across Pristyn Care. Right from booking the doctor's consultation appointment, booking a cab from home to the surgery hospital and back home, and processing the discharge, everything was taken care of by Pristyn like a pro. I am very thankful to Shruti, who helped in the entire process. Regardless of the time, she was always on the call, on WhatsApp, guiding us through the process. The hospital treated us well, looking at the fact that we went via Pristyn care.
