सर्जिकल गर्भपात प्रक्रिया व निदान
गर्भपात की प्रक्रिया में भ्रूण की स्थिति का मूल्यांकन करने के लिए अल्ट्रासाउंड किया जा सकता है। इससे भ्रूण के विकास में आ रही अड़चन का पता चल जाता है।
मेडिकल एमटीपी- यदि महिला 0 से 7 सप्ताह की गर्भवती है तो यह प्रक्रिया अच्छी तरह से काम करती है। लेकिन इसे 9 सप्ताह तक की गर्भावस्था खत्म करने के लिए उपयोग किया जा सकता है।
सर्जिकल गर्भपात 7 से 12 महीने की गर्भावस्था को नष्ट करने के लिए सर्जरी की जरूरत पड़ती है। यह पूरी तरह से सुरक्षित है और प्रक्रिया के दौरान महिला एनेस्थीसिया के प्रभाव में होती है।
