I had a great experience getting my treatment done through Prystincare. My personal coordinator was Archit who was present with me since the start and helped me with all the appointments and procedure bookings. He was very dedicated to his work and also ensured constantly that I did not have any problems. I would recommend Archit 10/10 as a personal coordinator to anyone coming to Prystin Care. Post my procedure, I had Kazim who helped me with the documents processing and discharge related procedure. Kazim was very approachable and helped me process my discharge the quickest he could. He was present every step of the way and also coordinated with the hospital staff very well. Kudos to the Prystincare team for making this process an extremely smooth and comfortable one. I would definitely recommend it to anyone I know who may want to get a similar procedure done. Coming to my concerns - 1. I would wish you re-evaluate your pricing for the recommended procedures along with the hospital. I don’t mind paying 500rs extra than what was assured to me but it helps a customer trust you more if the expectation is set correct since the beginning. 2. I was requested to shift my room to another in order to accommodate another Prystincare patient. Although I didn’t mind shifting, the place i shifted to, I couldn’t rest properly due to another patient’s condition and ended up having been awake almost the entire night. Please let the patients know beforehand about the hospital they will be going to and the type of accommodation there so that nobody has to shift their bed post a procedure to be ‘accommodating’. Else have an option for a room upgrade with added cost for those who may not be okay sharing a room with two patient beds. That’s it! Thank you to the Prystin care team again!
