My experience with Dr Prateek Thakur has been really wonderful as he listens to the problems carefully and shares his views in very polite manner. Aims to help the patients feel at home and get clear picture of the situation. But the way he communicates, it all appears positive.

It was really very smooth process before and after surgery.neither me not my family faced any issues or hassle during the hospital time...all the sisters and staff were soft spoken and chill... special thanks to Dr Prateek Thakur .

Hi all I am very happy with the service provided by Pristine Care, especially by Kusum Sachdeva Mam, who supported me throughout the entire process. Since it was my first experience undergoing an operation, I was quite nervous, but the overall experience was very smooth and positive. I had a very good experience with Dr. Himank Goyal and the Pristyn Care team during my pre/post surgery consultation for lipoma treatment. The doctor explained everything clearly, was very polite, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The staff and care coordinator were also supportive and responsive.
