The name of Pristine care was in my mind since I developed fistula/ fissure. On my first call to the Gurgaon centre, a had a very pleasant communication with a coordinator by the name of Suman. She had such an in-depth knowledge about the subject ... that I was totally impressed and decided to undergo the surgery. She arranged for a telephonic conversation with Dr. Piyush Gulabrao Nikam in this connection. Even being on leave due to dengue, Suman took all the necessary pain starting from doctor consultation to surgery in a very disciplined and commendable manner. On the other hand, Mr. Dhiraj Singh of Pristyne Care took all the necessary steps during the hospitalisation and also insurance claim process.
