‘Simple Uncle’, is a middle-aged wise Indian who has out-of-the-box yet effective answers in every difficult situation right upon his sleeve. Both Vinay Pathak and Ashish Vidyarthi match this description and hence fit aptly for the role.
The protagonist, ‘Simple Uncle’ personifies the idea of simplifying the hassles in the surgical journey of a patient which is the primary focus of the multi-specialty chain of clinics. Having a ‘simple’ answer to every difficulty is what the TV advertisement tries to portray through various scenes.
