Make your mornings productive

It is a gradual process to build healthy daily routines. We all go through days, where stepping out of bed seems like the biggest challenge of the day. Mornings are the most crucial part of the day. That is why it is important to indulge in a few activities in the morning that make you more mindful and healthy. 1.) Wake up early 

Do not waste the most productive hours of your morning. Get up from the bed and start the day with a positive mindset. When you wake up early, there is no sense of panic to rush to start the daily tasks. You can spend some quality time with yourself and plan out the schedule of the day.

2.) Drink enough water

In the beginning, meditating looks difficult as we often get disturbed with the thoughts that start surfacing. You can use soothing music to focus better on meditation. 8.) Keep away from social media

It has now actually become a fact that we are hooked to the internet almost all the time. It becomes necessary to keep away from the phones, especially in the morning time. Immediately checking out social media after waking up distracts our mind from the present moment. It is not a healthy morning routine. Resist the urge to use social media as the first thing in the morning. Practicing this resistance will allow you to be more mindful and peaceful in the morning. 9.)Healthy breakfast is a must
