How it Works?

Dolo 650 tablet is a central analgesic like aspirin that reduces pain in the body and anti-pyretic that reduces fever. The tablet blocks the release of the chemical messengers that cause pain and fever . Due to antipyretics the hypothalamus overrides a prostaglandin-induced increase in temperature that helps in lowering the body temperature. After taking Dolo 650 or paracetamol, it takes half an hour to one hour for absorption. The peak effect of paracetamol Dolo 650 starts within one hour after ingestion.
