Step 1 – Take a pan and add a cup of water to it

Step 2 – Boil the water on a medium flame for about 5 minutes

Step 3 – Take another cup and add half a tablespoon of turmeric powder and 3-5 a few drops of lemon juice.

Step 4 – Pour the hot water in this cup. 

Your turmeric tea is ready!

You can also add some honey to sweeten your turmeric water. Stir the honey properly and drink hot. Avoid other sweeteners in your turmeric water.
