Roasted cumin seeds – 10gm

Black Pepper (Kali Mirchi) – 5

Rock Salt (Sendha  Namak) – 6gm

Citric acid – ½ gm

Remove munakka seeds and grind it to make a paste. Have this paste 2-3 times a day to improve bowel movements.

People get confused between munakka and kishmish. But they are two different nuts with different properties.

It is used more in Ayurvedic medicines and is considered Indian origin. Kishmish is not believed to be native to India and is mostly used in cooking.
It is bigger in size.Kishmish is comparatively smaller in size. 
Munakka is brown in color with seeds. Kishmish is seedless and yellowish-green in color.
